Yin and Reconciliation
Limited Capacity seats available

Experience an insightful yin practice that will encourage you to ponder the question, “What do you need to reconcile inside of yourself (prior to or parallel) to offering reconciliation to the world?” Yin asanas and meditation will be used to slow down and create space for deep inner exploration and listening. Following the yin practice, an interactive workshop exercise will follow, and a closing circle and meditation.

Chastity has been a part of the Truth & Reconciliation movement for over a decade in Canada, prior to there being a well-known movement. Chastity lives, breathes, embodies, and teaches Truth & Reconciliation to a number of different sectors in Canada and the world. She has incorporated her Yin and Atma yoga practices, yogi studies, and Indigenous traditions/teachings to create a unique offering for all who wish to be a part of the Truth & Reconciliation movement in their own lives, families, communities, country, and globe.
