Busy mind? Come take a break from the world’s drama and relax into a blissful, heart-centered, slow flow yoga class. For both students and teachers, learn breath tools and energy tricks to either teach or create your own blissful practice that goes beyond exercise to energy medicine.  

As the great yogi Sadhguru says, “If you open up your body, mind, and emotions, your life will be pretty good. If you open up your energy system, it will become magical.”

Let your heart and breath lead your yoga--and your life! We will play with the idea that 'Less is More', in other words, staying heart-centered and moving slowly with our breath. We will highlight breath connection and extension with our movements and include some feminine, circular, playful movements to bring us present in our hearts. For all ages, levels and body types.

Discussion Time: 30 minutes
Practice Time: 1 hour and 30 minutes
Physical Exertion: Low to Moderate
Recommended Props: Yoga mat, 1 strap, 1 blanket
Continuing Education:  2 hours
