How To Protect Your Knees in Hip Openers
Limited Capacity seats available

Yoga and hip openers go together like raw chocolate and organic peanut butter. But your vulnerable knee may become the victim of mismanaged communication between mobile hip and foot! In this fun, illuminating workshop, you'll learn about the structure of your knee so that you can protect it in your practice, including during poses like lotus and pigeon. Through interactive Power Point presentation and a juicy hip opening practice, you will gain a new understanding of how you can protect this marvelous joint - while repeating the hip-opening benefits of the yoga practice. As a bonus, discover why “flexing the foot to protect the knee” is a myth! All levels of students and teachers welcome.
