Hormone Yoga Therapy for Women
Limited Capacity seats available

Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT) for women is a natural and holistic method created by Brazilian psychologist and yoga therapist, Dinah Rodrigues. HYT is a dynamic form of yoga therapy, based on physiology, whereby the objective is to reactivate the hormone production of the endocrine glands of women: ovaries, thyroid, pituitary gland and adrenals. HYT combines elements of classical Hatha & Kundalini Yoga and Tibetan Energy Circulation Techniques. The practice consists of 21 postures, combining asana, pranayama, bandha, and nidra. Practicing 4-5 times per week will result in eliminating most symptoms caused by unbalanced hormones.

We will spend a little time discussing common and not so common symptoms of unbalanced hormones, and why our hormones become unbalanced. I will give a brief history of Hormone Yoga Therapy and how Dinah Rodrigues came to creating it. We will go through the entire sequence, including a few anti-stress/relaxation techniques and breathing exercises.

Please be fully digested (2-3 hours).

This workshop is not suitable if you are currently pregnant.
