How to Work with Tight Hamstrings FILLING
Limited Capacity filling up

Tight hamstrings can impede your progress in a variety of yoga poses. We will study some basic anatomy, including the structure and actions of the hamstrings. We’ll then practice poses that improve hamstring flexibility, starting with easy stretches and progressing to more challenging poses.

Discussion Time: 60 minutes
Practice Time: 60 minutes
Physical Exertion: Moderate
Recommended Props: Yoga mat, block, and belt
Continuing Education: 2 hours
