Gong Bath Yoga: Relax and Renew FILLING
Limited Capacity filling up

Relax and renew during this restorative breath-centric yoga and an extended gong bath meditation. The gongs will be continuously played during the 60min yoga practice. The yoga practice will include pranayama, myofascial release with the use of yoga massage balls, and yoga poses that will prepare the practitioner for the extended Gong meditation. The combination of Yoga and the Gongs will do wonders for you physically and emotionally.

We will end the workshop with a 45-minute gong bath meditation, leaving you feeling tuned, refreshed and connected with your intuitive personal power. The pure, penetrating sound waves of the gong cleanses the subconscious and awakens the listener to a transcendent state of awareness.

This event includes a 60-minute Yoga class with Aubrey and a 50-minute gong bath meditation with Wayne.

The gong meditation is best experienced lying down on your back or a similar comfortable position. Wear comfortable clothes and bring whatever you need to be relaxed for the meditation - yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, eye mask, etc.
