Honoring your body’s wisdom, we move in an intuitive and creative flow before settling in for deep Yin and Restorative poses to close. Offering meditations toward awareness & healing, Cobi guides a self-love practice that nourishes mind, body, and soul while Joan Umera Shure orchestrates songs, chants, and musical sounds to guide us deeper into contemplation.
