Bliss Bound: Stretching and Smelling Your Way to Relaxation

Working on relaxing tension and releasing fascia through out the body, deep stretch brings awareness to the entire body by incorporating stretch and breath. The use of props to assist through practice enhances the ability to reach deep into the fascia, allowing for increased mobility and range of motion. The use of essential oils in practice can evoke and release emotions stored in the body as well as promote further relaxation.

Discussion Time: 30 minutes
Practice Time: 90 minutes

Recommended Props: Yoga mat, 1 strap, 1 blanket, 2 blocks, bolster
