In this workshop, we will explore all the main inverted poses, including: headstand, handstand, 90 handstand, forearmstand, tranquility pose, shoulderstand and more. A big part of the workshop will be on right preparation for any of the inverted poses we select to focus on and what a wise approach to inverted practice might look like, depending upon the practitioner. The workshop will come with many precautionary notes of explanation concerning each of the inverted poses and the focus will be on treating the inversion practice with honor and respect.  All levels of experience are welcome to come to this workshop as everyone will be safely led forward in their relationship to inversions at this workshop.
