The Core of Yoga

This workshop will explore foundational aspects of traditional hatha yoga with an emphasis on the core musculature to keep the body safe and stable for meditation practice. Using Asana to prepare the body for meditation, emphasis on core will be presented and explored.

Discussion Time: 30 minutes
Practice Time: 1 hour and 30 minutes
Physical Exertion: Moderate
